An artist career manager is essential to the artist because the manager works on behalf of the artist. His/Her job is to promote the artist and manage their business affairs. The main objective of a full service career manager is securing the best work for their clients, for the best fee. There are many things that fall under that responsibility such as; booking events, advising on career decisions, advising on publicity and promotion, assisting on career decisions, and public presence.
